story begins…

Badass and ahead of his time.

Sebas’s grandfather bought the farm in 1987, one month after Sebas’s birth.

During his time here and previous to a stroke that impeded the realization of his communal vision, he kindly helped many people in the Negra community where stories of his generosity are told to this day.

He passed in 2017 yet his endless joy and sense of humour linger in the hearts of those fortunate enough to meet him and laugh beside him.

In his honour, we intend to build “El Abuelo” trail, a 5km trail around the finca’s most beautiful natural spots.

Our Team

After realizing this natural jewel was on the verge of being lost to an old lawsuit, Sebas gathered his most ambitious friends to buy it and help him save it from being lost forever.

After months of negotiation, investment and heartfelt motivation, the finca was saved and his grandfather’s legacy rescued from oblivion.

Now, it stands to become a progressive residential community geared towards human learning, healthy living, in alignment with nature’s wonders and its conservation.
